1. General Provisions

9dbb is an online betting and casino platform that provides services in Bengali for Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between 9dbb and its users.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank).
• Only use payment accounts or bank accounts registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be rejected.

4.2 Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawal requests will not be processed if any bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• 9dbb may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

9dbb offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. The following terms apply to claiming and using bonuses:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳8,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
• Or: Deposit ৳18,000 and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳26,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• A 20x wagering requirement applies on the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only — not the combined deposit and bonus).
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.
• Certain game categories may contribute at different rates toward wagering calculations.
• A bonus can only be claimed once per account.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus offers are active for a specific time period.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after wagering requirements are met.
• 9dbb reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is evidence of bonus abuse or fraud.
• 9dbb reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following points are important to know when conducting betting and gaming activities on 9dbb:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• All game results are determined by an impartial Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.
• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error or server issue, 9dbb reserves the right to refund the bet for that game.
• For sports betting, official match results will be considered final.
• Unusual betting patterns or attempts to exploit system errors are prohibited.
• 9dbb reserves the right to review and void any bet if it was placed using unfair or improper methods.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 9dbb platform. Violating these rules will result in permanent account closure and the associated funds may be forfeited:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or conducting illegal financial activities.
• Bonus abuse or claiming bonuses under multiple identities.
• Hacking, manipulating, or exploiting any vulnerabilities in the platform's software, games, or systems.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Harassing other users or engaging in fraudulent activities.
• Creating an account using a false identity or incorrect information.
• Operating an account on behalf of a third party.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

9dbb reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or submission of false documents.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• A legal directive from the relevant authority.
• At the user's own request.

If a valid balance exists after account closure and no rules have been violated, that amount will be returned.
